More from Wupatki

Wupatki is a very historical place near Flagstaff where Native American’s built small communities near each other in the open landscape. The area of Wupatki was occupied in the 1100’s. They lived as hunters and gathers in an area between desolate desert landscape and rich forest. Being able to see the buildings still in tact after centuries, makes you really wonder what life was like for them.

These other two shots I have are as taken…the first is a longer exposure than the others I got; enough of the moonlight came in that it really looks like I captured the stars during the daytime! As always, I hope you enjoy…
